TriboDyn Patented 250W EP Premium Synthetic Gear Oil is a multi-purpose lubricant designed for service in Automotive, Marine, Industrial, & Heavy-Duty Equipment applications, and performs under the highest levels of extreme pressure, heat & stress. Is recommended for all street, truck & off-road vehicles, including all forms of high-performance & endurance racing, and other stationary & mobile equipment. Specifically designed for use in differentials, manual transmissions, gears, power dividers, supercharges, oil lubricated wheel bearings, Transfer & hypoid cases, pumps, and all gearboxes.
TriboDyn Patented 250W EP Premium Synthetic Gear Oil is a combination of highly refined paraffinic and superior synthetic base oils formulated into a complex mixture of extreme pressure lubricants, combined with a “High Performance Coating Technology” that is engineered to minimize friction & wear, increase gear & bearing life, reduce operating temperature, perform under extreme pressure & heat, and provide extreme shock & high load protection. This unique formula also provides continuous protection by dispersing & clinging to critical areas without creating any drag, providing both start-up and continuous benefits while protecting against corrosion. The proprietary technology is an “Intelligent” material that is attracted to areas of heat, & friction, as pressures increase with RPM or load, the special lubricants combined with the active “Coating” technology in the oil can form a self-lubricating “Ceramic” film in high load & heat areas, providing critical protection that actively seeks out areas needing increased lubrication, and at times not simply reduce or eliminate wear, but can also repair damaged surfaces.
Applications:
TriboDyn Patented 250W EP Premium Synthetic Gear Oil meets or exceeds the performance requirements of extreme pressure lubricants of the American Gear Manufacturer’s Association (AGMA) Specification 9005‐D94. They also meet US Steel specification 224 requirements, and API Service GL‐6. Has excellent oxidation and thermal stability to minimize viscosity increase and sludge formation at extreme operating temperatures, and will separate readily from water. Is engineered for heavily loaded gear units and for gears subjected to extreme shock loading, and designed for use in various gear types such as spur, bevel, helical, worm, and industrial hypoid cases on mobile type equipment, including gear systems incorporated in cement mills, ball mills, crushers, hoists, winches, and marine equipment. Is suitable for application in plain and rolling contact bearings, as well as with bath, splash, circulating, and spray‐type lubrication systems. In most heavy-duty truck differentials & heavy duty manually shifted truck transmissions - In oil lubricated wheel bearings. Fully compatible with all other synthetic & petroleum based gear oils.
Directions for use:
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. Follow Equipment Manufacturer’s SAE weight, filling instructions, and recommended oil capacity. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS, WET CLUTCH APPLICATIONS, LIMITED SLIP DIFFERENTIALS, OR ANY FRICTION OR BALL DRIVE CENTRIFUGAL STYLE SUPERCHARGERS.
WARNING: Contains petroleum distillates. Avoid direct exposure. May cause skin or eye irritation. Ingestions may cause GI tract irritations or stomach discomfort. Inhalation of oil mists or heated oils may result in respiratory tract irritation. Slip hazard when spilled.
FIRST AID:
EYES - Flush with water for 15 minutes; get medical attention if eye irritation persists.
SKIN - Wash with soap and water get medical attention if irritation develops.
INGESTION - If swallowed, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING - Rinse mouth with water; get immediate medical attention.
INHALATION - Remove exposed person to fresh air if adverse effects are observed; get medical attention if symptoms occur.
